Wastes from food factories and hotels include not only food residues, but also different kinds of wastes, such as cans, PET bottles, paper, and plastics.
This system pulverizes the wastes and sorts them into food residue and foreign matters. Separated food residue is dried in the system, and discharged as materials of fertilizer, animal feed, and fuel.

Features of the system
- This system is manufactured so robust that the charged wastes, even if mixed with cans, PET bottles, paper, and plastics, are pulverized and sorted without problem. Spoons and forks mixed in the wastes are also sorted.
- This system pulverizes and sorts the wastes immediately, and achieves a sorting rate of approximately 95% or higher.
- Separated food residue is dried regardless of its water content and ingredients.
- The dried material discharged from the dryer is usable as fuel, fertilizer, or feed.

Dryer
High performance
The dryer allows recycling of food residues which have been said to be difficult to dry.
(Examples: Bean sprout, udon noodles, cooked rice, potatoes, and oily food residues)

With its indirect heating method and stirring by rotary fans, the dryer prevents from changing the quality of the content, reduces the drying time and realizes energy saving.

Negative-pressure sealing method prevents a leak of dust and odor.
Indirect heating method with steam eliminates the concern of fire.
